We aim to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience at TCB Villas. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the security and availability of our properties. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this Firm Cancellation Policy.
1. Firm Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy follows Airbnb’s Firm cancellation terms to balance flexibility with commitment. The following guidelines apply:
Full Refund (100%) – Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation and at least 30 days before the check-in date qualify for a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%) – Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund – Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation confirmation and will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees your financial institution may charge.
3. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may affect travel plans. If you have an extenuating circumstance, such as a significant illness or natural disaster, please contact us. In some cases, with adequate documentation, a partial or full refund may be provided.
4. No-Show Policy
If guests do not arrive for their reservation or fail to communicate a cancellation, they will be considered a “no-show” and will not qualify for any refund.
5. Booking Modifications
Modifications to your booking (such as changing dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees based on seasonal rates and availability. Please contact us at least 14 days prior to check-in if you wish to modify your reservation.
